Costa is polish company distributing water purifiers – www.dysrybutorywody.pl. We’ve created a custom CRM (Customer Relationshim Management) for them to manage distribution, support customers and aid/control employees. It had login, caledar, customer, customer details, statistics and logs pages. After login employee can see/enter new/change his customers data, planned appointments and write a note to administrator or his boss. Administrator can manage every customer, user, look at logs and statistics e.g which employee has acqiured most new customers in given period. (We’ve created this system in collaboration with a friend from college).
